CHILDREN


We love children here at Mirage Salon! However, as a courtesy to our other salon guests and in our effort to offer a relaxed atmosphere, we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while at the salon. If you are unable to do this, we ask if you would please reschedule your appointment.

CHECK-IN


Should you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be shortened or re-scheduled to allow the stylists to be on time for the next guest.

CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS

To avoid charges, please provide a 24-hour notice for any cancellation or change in schedule. If it happens more than once, we take a credit card number to reserve any appointment, and if you have a no-show, you will be charged the full amount out of courtesy for our stylists' schedules.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Unused retail purchases may be returned or exchanged within one week of purchase.
